UI Health Care STEM Education hosts Kids Go STEM, an annual program targeted to students in grades 6 through 8, but anyone is welcome to participate. During this free program, students will join medical and health sciences students and professionals from the University of Iowa for interactive medical simulations, experiments, and more to explore careers in STEM, and health care. Students will choose 3 careers to explore while parents or chaperones will have special access to presentations from University of Iowa experts on topics including STEM, academic preparation, adolescent health, and more. Students must be accompanied by an adult.
